Refund Policy

Take KMAG daily for 30 days. If you don't notice any improvements to your acid reflux symptoms or overall digestion at all, reach out within 35 days of your first purchase and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Subscribers who wish to cancel their subscription must do so before their credit card is charged, as the order will already be in progress at our warehouse. Cancellations received after the charge will not be eligible for refunds.

Likewise address updates must be made to the subscription prior to the next order being generated.

Please note: in most cases the orders will have already shipped since our carriers generally pick up early in the day.

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or change the shipping address on an order once it has shipped.

To initiate a return of unopened bottles of KMAG, simply email support@kissmyacidgoodbye.com.

Do not return the product unless we specifically instruct you to — returned products are not processed and cannot be resold. Unapproved returns will not be eligible for a refund.

If you ordered more than one unit, or you’re on a subscription:

  • We’ll happily refund your first opened bottle under our 30-day guarantee (no need to send it back).

  • If you’d like to return any unopened bottles from that same order or a future subscription shipment, that’s totally fine — we just charge a small restocking fee ($4.95) to cover inspection, handling, and inventory processing.

  • To keep it simple: unopened returns must be pre-approved by our team, shipped back within 15 days of approval, and in sellable condition.

We try to keep this as easy and human as possible — the restocking fee just helps us avoid waste and keep our guarantee sustainable for everyone. ❤️
