Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center shortly after.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. (We wish we could hand-deliver it ourselves, but alas — we rely on the postal gods like everyone else.)

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package leaves our hands, we can’t control carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other shipping hiccups.

If your order takes longer than expected, we’ll absolutely help track it down — but shipping fees aren’t refundable for carrier delays outside our control.

We'll send tracking info faster than you can say "reflux relief" once your order ships. Follow your gut-saving package's journey right to your doorstep - feel free to refresh that tracking page obsessively and pace by the window like a puppy waiting for their human to return. We don't judge; we get excited about defeating acid reflux too! Your tracking email will include a link with all the stalking tools you need to monitor your package's every move.
